scuba diving

first a try, then a hobby and now a profession - scuba diving is a great thing! since 2007 i am a padi (professional organization of scuba diving instructors) scuba diving instructor and allowed to teach people how to dive. i am pretty sure this will become my profession for a certain time, because i just love it too much as a hobby. below you can find some pictures of my certifications and myself. you can also check out my current diving equipment and my scuba holidays reports.

la scuba vida 2009  « la scuba vida » - from beginning of june until end of december 2009 i will go back to utila island, bay islands, honduras (central america) to work as a scuba diving instructor for six months. during this timei will publish amazing pictures and interesting articles on this website.

2007 scuba instructor utila  « ¡vamos a bucear! » i became a divemaster, open water scuba instructor, specialty instructor and almost a master scuba diver trainer on utila island (bay islands), honduras, central america during 3 months. here i had one of the best times of my life!

padi master scuba diver trainer internship, msdt (utila, honduras)

i did my master scuba diver trainer internship at  utila dive centre (utila island, bay islands, honduras, central america) in december 2007. i have 16 certifications now. to be msdt (master scuba diver trainer), i need 25. these i will get in summer 2008 in switzerland. then i will be a padi master scuba diver trainer.

i did my specialty instructor course (si) at  utila dive centre (utila island, bay islands, honduras, central america) in november/december 2007. i am allowed to teach the following specialties:

• dsat tecrec gas blender
• dan oxygen provider
• padi underwater photography
• padi enriched air diver (nitrox)
• padi wreck diver
• padi equipment specialist

i did my emergency first response instructor course (efri) at  utila dive centre (utila island, bay islands, honduras, central america) in november 2007.

padi open water scuba instructor, owsi (utila, honduras)

i did my idc (instructor development course) at  utila dive centre (utila island, bay islands, honduras, central america) in november 2007. since then i am a open water scuba instructor and allowed to teach people how to dive.

i took my padi divemaster course (dm) at  utila dive centre (utila island, bay islands, honduras, central america) in october 2007.

padi rescue diver, rd (switzerland)

i have participated in the padi rescue diver course (rd) at  mueller diving school, switzerland (graenichen) in march/april 2007.

padi emergency first response, efr (switzerland)

i have participated in the padi emergency first response course (efr) at  mueller diving school graenichen, switzerland in february 2007.

padi enriched air diver, ead (sharm el sheik, egypt)

enriched air diver course (nitrox), made at sinaidivers ghazala village, sharm el sheik (egypt) in the year 2006.
